{C3--- RBBS-PC HELP SYSTEM ---{C2
You can get in-depth information about RBBS-PC commands, menus, and special
topics with the HELP system. If you do not understand how to use any RBBS-PC
command, enter the command letter at the HELP prompt. E.g., to get help with
the X command (eXpert toggle), enter {C3X{C2 at the HELP prompt, or enter "{C3HELP X{C2"
(or just {C3H X{C2) at the main menu prompt.
If the command you need help with is NOT in the section of RBBS-PC you are
currently using, you may not get the help you want. To specify the section, use
the FIRST LETTER of the section name and the command you want help with. E.g.,
to get help with the UTIL command G (graphics), enter "{C3UG{C2". Entering just "{C3G{C2"
from another section will give you help with the Goodbye command. The sections
of RBBS-PC are ({C3M{C2)ain, ({C3U{C2)til, ({C3F{C2)ile and ({C3L{C2)ibrary.
Your Sysop may also supply help on topics unique to this system. When you type
"{C3H{C2" at the main menu, a description of topics should follow. Check with the
Sysop for more details.

'{C3S{C2' to end your session and log-off RBBS-PC
'{C3M{C2' to go to the RBBS-PC MAIN menu

'{C3C{C2' to leave the current conference or Sub-board and return to the

{C3GLOBAL Command X - eXpert toggle{C2
This command switches between NOVICE mode and EXPERT mode. In NOVICE mode,
RBBS-PC displays a menu before each command, and displays detailed information
when asking you for input. EXPERT mode bypasses menu displays and detailed
information. When you are comfortable with RBBS-PC's command structure, EXPERT
mode will make your session much faster.
Each time you use the "{C3X{C2" command you will alternate between EXPERT and
NOVICE mode.

switch to EXPERT mode. This will make RBBS-PC run faster.
3. Expert mode is available at any time.

Entering a {C3?{C2 will display the current subsection menu.
